SkyTalk incoming calls cut off after 2 rings

We have SkyTalk Shield which has been working well for over 2 years.

Now suddenly various callers report that when calling our number, it

rings twice, then hangs up.

 I reported this in a conversation with Sky on Tuesday and was told an engineer would fixIt within 2 working days. It is now Saturday and it is still not working. We have had no further communication from Sky.

Can anyone help?

While it's often quicker, it can be up to 5 working days before an Openreach engineer investigates, so it may be early next week before they take a look.

You won't necessarily have an update from Sky now the fault has been forwarded to Openreach. Regarding the post from @Mark39 the emphasis is on working days so not including today or tomorrow.
