We have SkyTalk Shield which has been working well for over 2 years.
Now suddenly various callers report that when calling our number, it
rings twice, then hangs up.
I reported this in a conversation with Sky on Tuesday and was told an engineer would fixIt within 2 working days. It is now Saturday and it is still not working. We have had no further communication from Sky.
Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhile it's often quicker, it can be up to 5 working days before an Openreach engineer investigates, so it may be early next week before they take a look.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou won't necessarily have an update from Sky now the fault has been forwarded to Openreach. Regarding the post from @Mark39 the emphasis is on working days so not including today or tomorrow.
