Router looses connectivity

When I plug my phone into the router after 10mins router looses connectivity to internet.

@Nmck55Does your Sky router have a voice light on it and is it green?

Hi Highlander,

yes light is green, when I connect the phone after a couple of minutes all the lights on the router turn amber. I have tried rebooting the router with the phone still plugged in, then when I unplug the phone and reboot the router everything turns green again.

@Nmck55Have you tried another phone in the back of the router other than the one you have tried without success?
