My dads phone has no dial tone
My dads phone line has no dial tone, checked everything is plugged in properly and all is good, tried a different phone and the same issue, any ideas?

You or your Dad can try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

Was hoping to get resolved without ringing, as he's not great on the phone and the account is in his name, but I help manage his finances as POA. Will give them a call on my mobile later.
