  • Being charged for texts that I haven't received or sent why are sky charging me for them even though they can see this aswell

You mention texts but you've posted in the Talk (Sky Talk landline board). So are these texts that you've allegedly sent from your Sky mobile phone?

I think you'll have to wait for them to do whatever investigation they're carrying out and get back to you. We'v seen similar issues reported before, where it has turned out that it's the result of customers unwittingly signing up to receive news/advertising texts that they're being charged for..
