I finally managed to talk to Sky yesterday and they said there was a fault in my village hub connection and it would be resolved soon ??? I then had an email from Sky saying the problem had been rectified but it hasn't, when my family try to phone me it either cuts off immediately or it says number not recognised. Please don't make me regret going to Sky in November/December from EE and please resolve this issue asap I am a 20+ plus customer of Sky and expect better service, it's the first time I've had to complain. I don't need to make calls out but I do need calls in from my 90 yr old sisters. What are you going to do ?

You might have to call Sky again. They won't know who you are from a forum post to tell Openreach it isn't fixed.
