Can't receive incoming calls following lightening strike

Following a recent lightening strike close-by (Sprotbrough, Doncaster)  I can't receive incoming calls on my landline. We have plugged a phone directly into the line and we can dial out, but can't receive calls. How do you report a landline fault via sky or BT.

Give Sky a call on 150. They'll run a line test and engage Openreach as necessary to investigate.
