Can’t receive incoming calls

This is an intermittent problem that's been occurring since before Christmas. Broadband is fine and have ran diagnostic checks via Sky website.

I have a dial tone and can make an outgoing call (to my mobile) but incoming calls don't ring and are instantly rejected, as if they've been hung up on.  I bought a new handset when it first occurred but it has made no difference.  Are there any standard steps I need to check through, or is there a way of contacting Sky to report a fault?  Thanks

Worse case scenario call Sky from your landline by just dialling 150. Sky can check the line and if a fault is detected they will pass it to Openreach for investigation,

Thank you! Couldn't find/remember what the number was to contact them and their AI robot was no use.  Will give them a call tomorrow .
