Poor quality on my landline

My lamdline cackles so much that we canrt use it. We even purchased new phones thinking that would solve it but it didnt.

Also, when someone rings the landline it doesnt ring so that we can hear it. Again, its new phones and e've tried pretty much everything.

Fed up with waiting for Sky to answer when we ring. No one ever answers.

If you wish we can alert Sky and they may contact you via a private online chat. However, be aware that it's a messaging service not a synchronous chat service and there may be a delay between Sky responses.

 

The quickest way to get help is likely to be by calling. They do answer but waiting times vary. Lines are reportedly quieter when they open at 7.00am or after 9.00pm. Let us know if you want to try the online chat.
