When i call out the telephone number is a different one to mine and when people call my number it now doesn't ring

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like a fault, then, which you'll need to report to Sky. It looks like your line has been inadvertently crossed with another by Openreach, probably during repair or maintenance work. Call Sky on 150 (free) to report it.
