hi, i beleive i need to upgrade my sky box. how can this be done? i cant watch sky sports plus on the red button. so i presume i need a new box

Both Sky Q and Sky Glass/Stream will give you access to all the Sky Sports+ services. Sky Q is a satellite service, whereas Sky Stream relies solely on your Internet connection.

I'd do some research on both and decide which is more suitable for you, before calling Sky regarding an upgradel.
