My box is a sky + box

@Da07 Red button is no longer available on Sky plus

you need to upgrade to either Q glass or stream to get red button functionality

I'm afraid that's right. There's no red button choice any more for Sky+ boxes. For the full Sky Sports+ experience, you would need to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream.
