Programmes not accessible

I am looking to see something on catch up and I receive the messsge ' you do not have sky+ entitlement - which I do . This message is repeated on sky cinema and also if I try to record a programme . I have removed the card and cleaned it , returned it and it's still the same

Try turning the Sky box OFF at the mains for at least 5 minutes
