To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

hi folks, guess what? it's gone again. can't watch anything even on planner in HD. I'm getting close to cancelling sky because this is getting ridiculous.  I never know if I'm going to be able to watch. all thus has been since I renewed my contract I wish I hadn't bothered

hi again.  so now I can't watch anything as it says my card is invalid.  I am getting sky q in August I wonder if my card has been turned off? I did the back up and didn't make any difference

Have you been sent a new viewing card because if you have you can use that in your Sky+ box.
