I got viewing card is unauthorised on screen , on my settings the viewing card number doesn't match my online account viewing card number and haven't received a new card. Can't get through to speak to anyone , any help would be great

Ages ago they came to do sky q but couldn't access dish so said they'd be in contact for a box which runs off internet but nothing heard since and can't get hold of them to speak to them about it

Find out moreIf you want to order Sky Stream then you would need to speak to Sky about this and you will need to call them about this viewing card issue because when Sky Q was ordered a new card will have been ordered which is why this one is no longer working.
