Hd channels

Some of my hd channels are not getting signal ie bbc 1 and itv

If you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' the problem is most likely your dish setup. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky + systems unless you have Sky Protect,  so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. 

Alternatively now might be a good time to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

Every other channel is working just not bbc hd or itv hd. All sky channels work

Check the transponder the affected channels are broadcast on, dish alignment can affect specific transponders/channels and not others
