Viewing card problem

I got viewing card is unauthorised on screen , on my settings the viewing card number doesn't match my online account viewing card number and haven't received a new card. Can't get through to speak to anyone , any help would be great

@Statto  is the card in the box it was last paired too or are you trying to swap the box?

 

if the former try a new install

  • I got sky + box that I've had for years not touched card or box was working yesterday but not today , just checked my account online and sky viewing card number is now different to one in settings on TV and settings on box. Don't no what's going on

Did you place and perhaps cancel an order for Sky Q ?

Ages ago they came to do sky q but couldn't access dish so said they'd be in contact for a box which runs off internet but nothing heard since and can't get hold of them to speak to them about it

If you want to order Sky Stream then you would need to speak to Sky about this and you will need to call them about this viewing card issue because when Sky Q was ordered a new card will have been ordered which is why this one is no longer working.

That would be the reason, then. If a Viewing Card for Sky Q was sent to you, you can use that, otherwise you'll need to contact Sky for a replacement card.
