Viewing card is not authorised

Sky+ account but it is not letting me watch sports and movies even though it's part of my package. It says card is not authorised. I've done all the usual switch off, wait, restart. Other normal live channels are working.

@JK53 when you order Sky Q, your Viewing Card is marked to be de-authorised at some future time. Unfortunately that isn't reversed if Sky Q is subsequently cancelled. 

 

You 'll need to contact Sky for a replacement.

Did you place and perhaps cancel an order for Sky Q, either way you will have to call Sky about this.

Yes, they couldn't install Q. But that was a couple of months back.
