Sky + box recognises my card but no channels appear

I put my sky card to my Sky+ HD box and it says request and pairing was successful. Your channels will appear shortly but they never do. I've done a full reset on the box and still it's not working

Was this viewing card on this box in October of last year because if it wasn't it is no longer possible to pair a viewing card to a different Sky+ box as you would need to upgrade to Sky Q.

@MalJG you can't pair your Viewong Card with any box, other than the one the Card was paired with at the end of October last,year, even where the message indicates that pairing was successful.
