Tv guide button strange layout

When I press the TV guide button instead of getting icons of the tv Guide, planner etc I just get the words TV guide with a yellow box. What have I pressed to get this. How do I restore it to default

Try turning your Sky box OFF at the mains for a while

Yes changes nothing. Tried turning box off and on and powering it down and up again. No change. I must have pressed something to change this. It works as normal only the visual layout has changed
