Any clues how to fix this error please ?
tried the usual switching on off removing card etc . Also tried to 'rebuild' but response is The Planner cannot be rebuilt in Diskless Mode

If you get the same 'diskless mode' message, it indicates that your Sky box's hard disk has failed. Unfortunately Sky won't repair and no longer allow Sky+ equipment to be replaced, so your options are to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
