TV Guide Frozen

TV Guide is Frozen on screen,I can only see the mini screen.

  • Turn the Sky box off
  • Pull the plug out of the wall socket
  • Wait 10 minutes
  • Plug the wall socket back it
  • Listen for the Harddrive to stat spinning
  • Wait for the Sky box to fully start up
  • Take Sky box out of standby (if orange LED)
  • See if that fixes things

Restart the box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes.

Still happening,I get to see the full live TV picture for about 5 seconds and the the TV Guide fills the screen again.

I`ve done that twice,no difference. Which number do I call for a Sky engineer to come?

@Annie+UK No difference. When I press the Sky button I see the fullscreen picture for about 5 seconds and then it reverts back to only seeing the TV Guide and Mini-Screen

You can find the number to call via the 'need more help' dropdown at the bottom of this page:  https://www.sky.com/help 

 

Sounds like the box will need to be replaced.
