My sky has turned of saying please insert your viewing card with the chi facing up and I have not to

My sky has stopped working and saying to me to please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up but I have touched it so why is this happening

Have you tried restarting the box, by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes?
