System fault

My planner is not working I have tried the turn on and off multiple times then reset the viewing card nothing works !!

I tried but it failed so sky have agreed to change me to Sky Q for no extra charge but thank you

Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups but have you tried the advice provided by @Annie+UK ?

I will cc in one of the other Superusers who has compiled a very helpful guide for those thinking of transitioning from Plus to Q which may provide some insight into something you hadn't considered...
