The tv isn't working with sky. It was working before. Please guide me

@JayJ1 tell us more about 'not working'. No picture? No Sky menu? Does the power LED on the front panel of your Sky box change to green when you turn the box on?

The sky box is showing a green light.
it says the box is still initialising , please return in a short time . But this has been like this for an hour
I noticed on signal for the 1 and 2 option, it's not showing 'ok'

@JayJ1 your box isn't getting a signal from the dish, which is why it won't initialise. After turning it off at the plug, check that the two dish cables are still securely connected to their sockets at the back of the box.
If they're ok, the cause is most likely a fault with your dish or cables. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.
Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.
