Sky freezing

Hi, my sky + hd box keeps freezing and I am unable to change channel and  access  the sky planner

What happens when you try to access the Planner? Error message?

I will let me access but everything i play anything it only shows a blank screen

Tried it and it worked for a day the. Same again

Sounds like a hard drive issue, you could try a FSR

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)
