@Tigertiger-  For the community to start to he,p you need to provide a bit more info, is this a Sky+HD box or Sky Q?  If the former Sky don;t support Sky+HD boxes anymore.

 

If the latter what is the actual on screen message?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
