Sky box shuts down when using some.Apps

As the title says, sometimes when watching Disney or Paramount my sky box will randomly turn itself off. Netflix doesn't seem to be a problem. When using the apps through the tv I have no issues, just when using them through Sky. Any help is appreciated.

Sky+ boxes, where you've posted, don't have any apps. Do you have Sky Q? Or Stream?
