Not had a signal for three months

No signal. Box keeps initialising. Fed up .lack of help from sky makes me want to leave

Sky+ is a legacy system, long discontinued, which Sky no longer support. 

If you want help from Sky then you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q.

No signal or no satellite signal? They are different.

 

No satellite signal - it's almost certainly a dish misalignment. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them to arrange an engineer, otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).
