Need help in using a new Sky+ box

I changed my Sky+ box and installed the old viewing card. I can record but can't use the download facility. I need help in pairing.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You cannot pair a card to a different Sky box, the card is locked to the box it was paired to at the end of October 2024

@Mike1603

The advice from @Annie+UK is correct. You can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box. Sky Customer Services are available to provide advice and troubleshooting. Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
