Re-activate multi room with sky plus hd box.

Why will Sky not re-activate my sky multiroom ?  ( I have sky plus hd box,s and do not want to upgrade to Q or glass..). I have tried with four different Sky assistants with no success although they all said it was being re installed ??

@bb100 sky no longer supports sky + hardware and therefore no longer offer new subscriptions or reactive previous or existing ones

I imagine it's because Sky+ is a legacy system, for which support is gradually being withdrawn. There's no longer any engineer support for Sky+systems either, unless you have Sky Protect.

Because that's effectively a new subscription, and Sky has not offered those on Sky+ for several years except on the decreasing minority of communal dish installations which do not support Sky Q.
