My box says I have no Sky+ entitlement

Why can I not download. Says no Sky+ entitlement but I do. Have always been able to download.

Have you ordered Sky Q and canceled (for ANY reason)?

Perform a New Install (Q21 my Sky Plus F⋅A⋅Q)

If you cannot perform these or it fails for some reason then Sky can pair your card remotely if you give them a call.
