Lately I can only record on the channel being watched. If I change channel the following message pops up on the screen " Your sky box isn`t getting a satellite signal. Press the yellow button to fix this issue"
When I follow that procedure it doesn`t fix the issue.
I am currently recording a programme and the following is what is being displayed in SettingsHave checked the signals in settings
Input 1 Signal Strength Clear White Box
Input 1 Signal Quality Clear White Box with small blue box at the end
Input 1 Lock Indicator OK
Input 1 Network ID/Transport System 0002 / 07d8
Input 2 Signal Strength Blank Box
Input 2 Signal Quality Blank Box
Input 2 Lock Indicator Not Locked, changing to OK and then back to Not Locked
Telephone Line connected Not Connected
Programme continuing to record. Appreciate any advice

Firstly unplug and replug the input two cable (finger tight)
If this fails to fix it then call sky or a 3rd party satellite installer to check your system out
