I now need to pair my viewing card but my mobile phone will not allow me during a call to enter characters so I cannot enter the version number of the card. Any ideas? Please.

Viewing cards are locked to the Sky box they were paired to at the end of October 2024, you can no longer move cards between boxes

@Ken97

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

Thanks Daniel. Our issue is that it is a Listed Building and we cannot run new cables . Sky have already refused to install Sky Q. We currently have 6/7 TVs running through a distribution system which we cannot replicate with Skys new technology.

Sounds like you'll need to leave Sky then or move to Glass/Stream which I doubt will suit your usage

Sky permits up to six Stream pucks and three Glass television sets at a single address: this would require substantial internet bandwidth though.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
