On some channels message- card not authorised

Spoke to sky 22/8/25 about this problem, told new card to be posted and new sky box to be installed 29/8/25

 Nothing has been received, have sent email, no response and have tried calling but again no response 

Please could this be sorted quickly, we are paying for channels that are blocked, many thanks

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You don't have Sky+ where you've posted. Sky+ is no longer supported by Sky and they wouldn't be sending you a replacement box. Do you have Sky Q?

 

PS: Sky don't use email for general communication.

Sky wouldn't be installing a new Sky+ box. Have you upgraded to Sky Q?
