My Sky+ box is generally working fine. But a couple of weeks ago one single channel - ITV HD - suddenly said it had no signal. I have attached the signal strength pages from a working channel, and the ITV HD page showing no signal on that channel.
All suggestions as to how I can solve this irritating problem will be much appreciated.
I can get ITV. On SD, but obviously prefer HD.

if you can't do this yourself phone sky and book an engineer visit (£65 roughly) or find a local installation company

Seems unlikely to me, since every other channel is fine. I would suspect this if it was a group of channels affected, as when thunderstorms sometimes affect some channels but not others. In this case it is one single channel.

As above, I can't see how this would affect one single channels, and even adjacent ones were unaffected.

i think your only course of action is what @Annie+UK and myself have already suggested

Having had problems all weekend (bit windy) and checked signal strength on other channels, I am sure you are right, so thanks for your help. I will visit my local installer tomorrow. I think the dish has moved (and is wobbling!)
