Accesing sky through my Samsung Frame TV

Help needed please!! I used a scart to nhdmi converter but connection is either por or not achieved

Is the converter externally powered? To be honest, the better solution would be to acquire a Sky+HD box which you can connect directly via an HDMI cable. There are plenty of used boxes available cheaply from sites such as ebay.
