Try our troubleshooting steps here. If we have dates available you will be able to book an engineer appointment at the end of the article.
Thanks,

Hi Chloe
Thanks for getting back to me. We've tried troubleshooting twice and the dish was moved by an engineer previously to get a better signal. It seems worse early afternoon??
Aa I advised previously my son is a key worker and I have chronic health issues along with anxiety and depression so we do rely on our Sky!
if someone could come asap we would really appreciate it?

unfortunately not as the online booking system not available, how do you book an engineer if this is not working.

Freeview comes from your tv aerial, not your Sky dish. Is the cable from ypur tv aerial plugged into the back of your Sky box? If so, try unplugging it and connecting the cable straight to the aerial socket on the back of your tv.

@angrymushroom @Chloe-W22 it will let me book an appointment but the problem being they would have to come through the house to look at the dish as I have no rear access.

@Mark39 @It seems ok at the moment but if it happens again will get in touch with Sky

Your best option is to arrange a service call.

@wdfortyplus606 hi have you tried to look on amazon for the plastic spikes you can put on the arm of the dish as that will deter and keep the birds off the arm of the dish and you wont lose signal🤔😁😀🙂😊 and they wont hurt the birds etc but will deter them from sitting there tho :):D

@Chloe-W22I wonder if you can help our very strange situation please.
Our Sky works fine all day then early evening around the same time, if we try and change channels we get the 'No Satellite Signal click yellow button to fix' message.
This has been happening for over a week now and every evening we have been following the steps, re setting the box or watching something on catch up.
What we can get our heads around is that it only happens in the evenings .. can you offer any advice/assistance please or a contact number. I would like to get this sorted ASAP.
Many thanks
Ps. I couldnt see the new message option so replying to this one.
