Re: Loss of subscribed channels in multiroom

I have main sky had box downstairs and able to watch all channels subscribed to as normal but on the box upstairs I can't get any channels at all. Every channel says "please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box"

Have tried unplugging and resetting but hasn't made a difference, has been like this for a few weeks now.

Appreciate any advice?

Thanks a million

Re: Loss of subscribed channels in multiroom

You just need to ask them to reactivate your card, takes about 2 mins to fix.

Re: Loss of subscribed channels in multiroom

I am having the same problem.

Have main sky HD+ box in one room with all channels available to view which are part of chosen sky package.
the sky+ box in second room has lost all sky subscribed channels. no sky channels .

Paying for  multi-room and getting nothing in return except free to view channels.

How can this be fixed?
