annie i still don't see my bubble even though i have apparently been sent an invite. Where exactly is it meant to be as I have tried 3 different browsers on my laptop and not showing on my phone either?

I know how the process is meant to work, but I do not see a chat bubble and I've been without use of the box for nearly 22 hours now.

Nothing I can do, it's down to Sky to respond once escalated by a Superuser, we just click a link on a post

But that's my point. Mr+Flibbles+86 replied at 3.02pm to say they have sent an invite to chat, but I do not see it anywhere .

As a vulnerable disabled customer I have found this whole process very distressing, but I'm not stupid, so you have to believe me when I say there is no chat bubble showing. As for trying to phone, I have been trying to do that since last night periodically, but I'm not in a position to be able to do that for any length of time.
Can anyone else help please.

This issue has been reported to Sky's support teams to investigate as it was raised to Sky via a private forum on here.
If you haven't received the chat bubble I will alert Sky again to your post so look out for their post from tomorrow morning.

Lovely man on the phone fixed it in 2 mins by just reactivating the card. It shouldn't take nearly 24hrs to get a solution though, so next time I will stick to trying to get through on the phone instead of waiting for a non existing chat bubble.
