Actually it isn't as to pair a card you do not need to phone Sky as you should be able to do it yourself either online, via the MySky app or via the box itself as per the posts above.

Regardless of the trouble that the person has with the pairing of the card, he/her question on the tittle was how is possible to for they to speak with a real agent on the sky customer service, as whatever sky phone number you call, you always going to start with and automated system response. I recently asked this question to the last agent I spoke with and that was his response, I did try and it works... So, if she/he prefers to deal with a human agent, let them judge and try for themselves.

I should imagine the OP has fixed their issue by now seeing as their post was back in 2020. The key to get through the phone menu is to not say anything when asked why you are calling as apparently that should get you through to someone.

will this work if you don't have an active SKy account/subscription, but use a sky plus box for free channels and as a program recorder and want to replace the box with a sky + HD box to do the same?

I have tried all options offered in the answers including the New button in installer menu which takes me to connect to broadband but I dont have broadband. Anyone have a No where I can speak to a human being ?
