mysky_1018 error code when trying to set up discovery+ app

I am also having this issue if I go to sky shop I get error mysky_1018

I am having the Mysky_2018 error issue and have been trying to get it resolved over the phone for 3 weeks with no luck. It happens when I try to set up discovery plus or even when I try and get into the shop. It is extremely frustrating and any help would be appreciated!
