On mine ITX works but if you go to Live after playing something on ITVX, like Lingo and try to use ITVX again after it, it just shows a black screen so then you have to turn the box off by pulling out it 5v power adapter and plug it back in after 30 seconds so its on again to fix it.

I am Neurodivergent... 🙂

I am not a Sky Engineer but at one time wanted to be one or a BT Engineer... 🙂

I like working things out like its a puzzle... 🙂

I was a PC Engineer and fix peoples PCs by going to there house, Windows XP was known to slow down PCs over time and clog up the PCs RAM and its start-up and had to reinstall it for the customer, the only way you could fix WinXP.

I now work on Mini Retro Consoles(replica retro consoles and computers) and modify them with PCUAE - https://projectcarouselusb.eu

Worked fine for us last night on ITVX, selected a Coronation Street episode, opened ITVX and played it as expected. So all good for now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Go to settings  manage device  and select  restart device  and  that  fixed my itvx tonight

ive tried everything reset, 0000777, even factory reset and cant view ITVX. It stays on the QR code. I get the email which says enter the code but no code appears on the tv. Even tried manually setting up and registering with a different email address. Returned to sky today. Swopped from BT. Not impressed at the moment.
