I have purchased 4 pucks for live streaming in our home.
one of them didn't work from the start. I called and had a very lengthy 1 hour conversation describing the fault and even sending photos.
The delivery of the replacement got messed up and returned by DPD.
I called again after waiting weeks for the replacement. Went through the same process AGAIN.
More time went past. I'm on hold now after already spending an hour on the phone with the agent who sounds like she's reading off a script.
she wants me to go through ALL the troubleshooting AGAIN even after she confirms that the last replacement was not requested correctly.
I'm done with Sky and this awful service!
