Unacceptable Sky Sports F1 catch-up issue continues

Sadly nothing has changed at 15:42 on 22/11. I have had constant similar problems with Playlist since subsribing to Sky 8 months ago. Compared with Virgin the service is inconvenient and utterly unreliable. I would change back to Virgin at the drop of a hat, but unfortunately it is not available where I now live.

Yes the two practice sessions and qualy were stuck in Other tab  around 7am this morning when I checked.

This happens every time with Teds notebook and eventually gets moved out into the correct flow tab.

Ive sent VR many alerts on this, but it  keeps happening.

I do playlist all the F1 sessions in uhd and have done since beginning last season without issue.

I did actually watch the qualy live this morning along with listening to the ashes cricket, but did check the above on demand versions, a short while after it finished.

Presumably the first time a Test Match has been shorter than an F1 weekend ; )

For those saying it's in the 'other' tab, maybe for some, but not for me. Even now, more than 12 hours later. 

So it's not just shoddy labelling.

I can't seem to find the last Vegas F1 qualifying on sky glass playlist or anywhere. I can find all practice sessions etc. It's on the sky go app!.

• Like many others, I sat down this morning to watch the las Vegas qualifying from my sky stream playlist, only to not find it anywhere. I even added a replay on Saturday morning to my playlist and that isn't anywhere to be found either. What is going on? we pay a lot of money for this service

I couldn't find it either but whilst scrolling, after also finding out who was on pole I saw that ch4 had complete quali on there so I turned over and watched it there instead! Think it's finally been added to sky sports now.

How I am Kicking Myself for being so stupid I thought these issues with sky Glass were finally behind us. I have had Sky Glass since its launch and the issues we had with F1 were horrendous back then Whole races missed or at the very best at least a day late before you could watch the event. The last couple of years have seen a big improvement, so like I said at the beginning I thought all had been resolved. But today proved that wrong, like most of you no Vegas Quallifying, What can we do about it answer is simple NOTHING, You can raise as many complaints as you like to Sky , you will be promised call backs that wont happen, you will be given many different  excuses depending on what the advisor you have spoken to has been told to say, they will almost certainly have a cheet sheet to read from, which will have been handed out at the morning team briefing  . The three things you will not get is

1. the truth 

2. an appology 

3 A refund 

what you can bank on is Sky demanding that you continue to pay for a substandard service or they will simply cut you off.

This company would rather spend millions trying to buy out ITV or millions on Black Friday Sales to entice new customers, then spend those millions on the existing customers and provide them with the service they are paying for. 

Don't waist your time or energy waiting for Sky to respond or apologise, the last time we had these types of issues it went on for almost two F1 seasons and in all that time Sky never publicly admitted that there was a problem. and at no time did they apologise to us there bread and butter.

Sadly we have to put up with it or leave, but as sky pretty much have the monopoly where do we turn for live F1 ?

@Sky+4+Retention an accurate appraisal of the dire state of things. 

I'm consdering "moving abroad" just for the F1 races to be able to watch them via "other methods". You don't mind paying for a quality, reliable service. But that's not what we're getting from Sky now is it.

Very disappointed stream no F1 qualifying for las Vagas.  It was added to play list. And is on Sky go but not listed or to be viewed on Sky stream.   Thinking of going back to Sky+hd or leave for Virgin.   Very poor product.    Don't get Sky stream if you like watching live sport.  Say with Sky Q

Since switching to Sky this year I'm finding regularly that a number of F1 events end up not showing on the playlist. To watch them, I've had to wait until a replay is on and catch it that way. Today for example, the last Vegas chequered flag event is showing along with the highlights, post race interviews etc. but no race. What makes it even worse is the fact the titles of and descriptions on some of these completely give away the results of that specific event as well. I'm looking for the Vegas race and now the results already been given away, just by looking for the even that should be on the playlist. This is a regular problem I'm coming across with sport events now for watching them back. My biggest issue is with the F1, it's the only reason I have sky

Got up at 6:30am to watch Las Vegas F1 on Sky Stream .....and it's not there!  Can't believe how bad stream is compared with Q. It's not intuitive, it doesn't immediately display the information you need and worst of all, it doesn't record programs in the way many people want!
