Sky remote won’t turn on stream puck

My remote power on button does not power up my Stream puck. I can turn the puck on by physically pressing the button on the puck but the remote will not turn it on. All other buttons on the remote work and I can turn puck off via remote. I've tried resetting everything and reconnecting remote Bluetooth connection but nothing works. Could the puck be faulty?

@tst does the Home button turn your  Puck on?

The Home button used to turn it on but not anymore. Once I physically press the button on the puck to turn it on all the buttons on the remote work.
