Unacceptable Sky Sports F1 catch-up issue continues

Can we get a refund for this months Sky Sport sub? I'm going to be phoning them later that's for sure.

Thankfully it worked for me today, I woke up just before 6 and the build up and race were there in my play list (and the chequered flag show is there now).

I'm sorry to see it didn't happen for others though. 

I went into the settings yesterday, did a restart, and deleted the F1 stuff from my playlist then added it again. I have no idea if that helped, of course...

The placement of the sessions this weekend has not been good, under a mixture of tabs, Other/Series1/Series11/Series2025.

They should all just sit in one season or race weekend rail.

But, been monitoring through the weekend and each cloud recording has appeared in the playlist very shortly after the event happened.

But not always upfront as you would expect.

for my mentions below I am assuming you have added to your playlist correctly, by adding one of the Practice, Qualy or three race programmes to your playlist from the EPG using a Live; F1 programme listing at any point during this or previous seasons.

The Sprint races and Sprint qualy do get added as part of the above.

To find the initial cloud recordings on Playlist, see below.

Any On demand 'non cloud recording' will appear sometime even hours after, depending on when the replay for the live event takes place on the F1 channel, so that is not in my remit here.

So for this weekend the ,cloud recordings' have been available here;

Go into Playliist.

On the Most recent rail, scroll to the Live: Formula 1 tile.

In the first rail you will see the three race programmes, Chequered flag/Race/Join grid, plus Practice 1.

Scroll down to the 'People also watched' rail and scroll to Formula 1

In the Other tab you will find Qualy and 1st Practice

In the Series 1 tab you will find 3rd practice and 2nd practice.

All above are currently the cloud recordings as they contain some of the pre and post programmes and the adverts that were  broadcast during the live sessions.

I am going to on Monday mention all your concerns and the confusion of finding the cloud recorded sessions for some of you in this thread in our closed area of this community.

We have done similar before, for it to be passed on.

But do agree, as I mentioned above, this weekend has been very messy with these extra tabs and why is some hanging in that 'People watched ' rail, when it should be upfront.

One plus, I notice for the first weekend this season, that both Teds notebooks of qualy and race, just sat in a single rail upfront and not hidden under Other, in the Playlist tiled 'cloud recorded' rail.

Have been mentioning this to VR team through the season for many a race.

Finally managed to access the "on-demand" stream at 08:00 having been trying since 06:00.  Plus I obviously know the result due to Sky's love of a spoiler in the thumbnails of things you might want to watch.

Definitely not the service I'm paying a small fortune for.

Sky messed up with  the Dutch GP and one earlier in the year what do we pay for huh

Nice one Sky now the race is alll over and I know the results every session is now available and in the right place. Fantastic service, might be an idea to cancel Sky Sports and use CH4 for highlights at least that free.

A complete mess this weekend. Virtually nothing in the right place on playlist. 

I had to add a non live program to the playlist to access the other tab. 

Really bad. 

Add to that the practice of all sports channels to put spoilers all over catch and highlights which I've never understood.

I am still unable to watch the F1 race, all the pre race nonsense is available to stream and post race nonsense.....but no full race.....again

Set sky glass to watch F1 Las Vegas weekend all i got was the actual race as I like to watch the whole weekend ie free practice 1 to 3 then quali followed by race contacted sky and got the same **bleep** from them like programs may be streamed later than the live events what is the point of watching practice and quali after the races this is even if they appear at all I'm totally hacked off with being fobbed off with stupid lies they just don't give a damn.Ive been with sky from the start but am getting very close to dropping them for a service that actually works.

its currently Sunday 9.30pm and the race was on Sunday 4am and yet its NOT ON CATCH UP YET.

£25 A MONTH I AM PAYING FOR THIS.......

ALSO, I've avoided spoilers All Day, came home after a long day and wanted to watch this, I jumped onto sky sports and the race is SPOILT..... I've clicked on Formula 1 and the first box that's appears is MAX VERSTAPPEN DOMINATES..... LIKE REALLY????? My level of POff is UNMEASURABLE.

No Sky won't refund a full months sub, thats simply not going to happen and is unreasonable to expect that,, you may get a pro-rata amount if you speak to Sky.

Ultimately Sky have sold a product, it's not working as intended, and when you contact them to report the issue they fob you off/lie. That's grounds for a refund in my book.

note: as of 11.20am 31hrs later after the live race, ITS STILL NOT ON CATCH UP.

SO, not only have you SKY spoilt the race with your tag options on the formula 1 page BUT ITS STILL NOT ON.

I AM NOT PAYING £25 a month to watch his the highlights 

I am wanting a full months refund and a sincere apology for spoiling the race.
