SO, not only have you SKY spoilt the race with your tag options on the formula 1 page BUT ITS STILL NOT ON.

I AM NOT PAYING £25 a month to watch his the highlights

I am wanting a full months refund and a sincere apology for spoiling the race.

That isn't going to happen  on the back of a community posyt from an unlinked account.  You will need to speak to Sky.

Re: Unacceptable Sky Sports F1 catch-up issue continues

I hate to dissolution you but your not going to get a refund from Sky. When Sky Glass was first launched we had these kind of issues for almost two whole seasons, And back then Just like now, Sky refused to admit there was a problem with the service, They never once even apologised ,And I don't know about anyone else but for as for me after spending hours on the phone every Monday I never recieved a single penny back or even a token discount.  How it never made the news I will never know.

They fobed you off with promises of call backs from Mnagaers team leads super users non of these call backs ever took place. If you threatened to cancel they simply passed you over to the cancellation team and they simply called your bluff by agreeing to cancel your account. When any company is allowed to have a Monopoly its always the custeromer that suffers. Sky simply don't care about the experience we have had this weekend, the only time they will contact you is when you don't pay and you can bet that they will be in touch less than 24hrs after your payment failed.

Now the season is hanging on the balance all we can only hope that they get it right for the final two races.

You'll find that Sky is now owned by Comcast, which if you look up their history of Customer Service, may explain why Sky Glass/Stream is not up to the standard previously enjoyed by customers using Sky+ or Sky Q. Took over Sky in 2018. Other internet driven providers are better. Even Now which is Sky owned is a better service.

Hey everyone,

I am really sorry to hear about the issue you faced getting Live Las Vegas F1 GP: Practice 3 on catch -up.

I understand the content is now available however this took several day's to become available, I have raised this to the appropriate team to be investigated in order to help prevent this happening again.

Thank you for raising this on the Community & I appreciate your patience while this is investigated and resolved.

I watched my first F1 race catch-up this weekend. I've got the whole season set to series record and the main race was available within 5 minutes of the main race show ending...

Nimbob,

it wasn't just one practice session, it was also the actual race. Which, given it started at 0400 in the morning was likely to be watched on catch up by a lot of people.

However not only was the event late arriving on catch up, by the time you found it it was impossible not to have seen the result due to Sky's idiotic obsession with describing the content even if you don't want to watch it.

I wish I could return to the 'good old days' when I controlled my own recordings rather than being dependent on some clueless unaccountable individual.

I agree @Nigelb1972 the only issue for me was the live qualifying which didn't seem to cloud record as it usually would, but thankfully the immediately full qualifying rerun was cloud recorded ( although it bizarely was tagged incorrectly and appeared under the other tab on the F1 playlist page).
