Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@James-Bell how have you got it connected to the internet. If its via WIFI it sounds like your WIFI connection isn't strong and stable enough so i'd suggest trying using an ethernet cable and also disabling WIFI in the puck's settings. This should help improve things.
