The Puc isn't working

after unplugging and allowing a couple of mins to reset the light flashes but doesn't respond to the remote

remote batteries are new

any suggestions on how to resolve?

Does it turn on if you use the standby bottom on the underneath of the puck?

That will help determine if it's a puck or remote issue.
