Iris postcode not recognised

I live in ireland and the my sky app i'm trying to setup it's looking for a uk postcode but again i live in Ireland and the Sky app does not recoghnise my Irish Postcode

Hi @SMC5 

 

Make sure that the page you are trying to activate on is the IE site and the flag in the bottom right correct. Failing this you will need to speak to customer services. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
